Jen Trotter is a national speaker, educator, communication strategist and award-winning entrepreneur who has spent her career seeing solutions where other people see roadblocks...untangling complicated problems, reading the room and knowing exactly what to say when the stakes are high and the answer isn’t obvious.

For more than 30 years, Jen has trained teams, resolved conflict, shaped marketing and PR strategy, led nonprofit programs and built businesses. She spent a decade as a Program Director for the Make-A-Wish Foundation before building Lip Service Makeup into one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s most respected hair and makeup companies...leading a team of professional artists and working on thousands of weddings and events, national commercials and television productions including Netflix’s Love Is Blind and Dateline NBC.
